I reckon after getting the first 4 so cheaply, they will be gutted, if they don't dismiss them for under 180. They're on 81 atm so depending on conditions, which sound even worse than today, it should be doable, especially if they get the 2 at the crease, early on.So what's a good return for each side tomorrow?
I want an early wicket for us and roll them for about 150.
How do you get that? Broad actually bowled pretty good in that session, with a much better length,at a better pace, than the last 2 tests.I'd settle for a wee bit of intensity, after Jayawardene departed we seemed to treat the remainder of the session as one giant net session designed to get Broad some wickets.
He bowled well, I just thought it was strange that Swann didn't get a single over when we ended up bowling 38 overs in the entire day.How do you get that? Broad actually bowled pretty good in that session, with a much better length,at a better pace, than the last 2 tests.
They usually do, maybe today they thought the seamers had more of a chance of a wicket. I'd have give him a couple, at the end, just to see what turn was in the wicket and chanced that Swanny, could get one in his first over.He bowled well, I just thought it was strange that Swann didn't get a single over when we ended up bowling 38 overs in the entire day.
