I guess they couldn't do anything really since appeals would lead to delaying the play offs etc.
Still it's not as if they've been sitting on the evidence since October or anything is it?
Swansea have apparently ruled out an appeal against the "penalty" but Cardiff will no doubt appeal. Would be ironic if either of those 2 did appeal it anyway seeing as apparently the Welsh FA (To whom Cardiff turn to if they have a red card and want their player to avoid any ban) don't ban third party ownership.

Torres in his prime at Liverpool was just an incredible striker. Reminiscent of the original Ronaldo in some of the individual goals he scored. But his away record left a bit to be desired even then. Shame his hamstring injuries took away his explosive pace.

Don't think it matters that much whether he plays or not this time, not a huge difference between his current quality and that of whoever will take his place. They did look a lot better when he came off against Spurs though. They always do.
I still chuckle when I remember that Carlo left out Didier Drogba for him in the Champions League games.

Blackpool are notorious faders though, so I'd expect Spurs to come through in the second half.The Hammers surely gone now.Should've won that. Blackpool decent thus far tonight, but both sides look like they could concede on a whim.

Can see them getting 6 points from Wigan and Sunderland if they play like that.
