With just 180 odd on the board and a potential defeat to a minnow on the cards I think they've decided to make sure they dont give away easy runs.WTF is with this field?
Chappelli is right. Ludicrously defensive.

Reckon this pair looks pretty comfortable tbh.If this were any other side in the tournament batting, they'd be favourites. But Canada's batting has been so terrible, and Cheema is just one unpredictable player. They're going to have to accelerate sooner or later and right now it's looking like they'll collapse as soon as they try.
My point exactly. Which is why Pak should be choking the singles and driving the RRR up. They won't win by allowing free singles. If this were any other side in the tournament batting, they'd be favourites. this this thisRequired run rate is not relevant...even if its like 7RRR with five overs to go but they have six wickets in the bag, Canada are pretty big favorites. The shorter the chase, the less RR is important - Pakistan need wickets. If Canada keep going 3 an over, but don't lose any wickets until the last five, they'll win.
