Franklin does have this strangely annoying habit of bowling a decent over every time I've totally written him off as a hopeless ineffective hack with the ball.

Nowhere near as effective as Southee or Mills though. And keeping Oram in the team because he'll bowl a better 3 overs from 10-15 isn't really going to swing my opinion in his favour.
