I pretty much count on it if we make the breakthrough 10 overs ago, but with 100 runs to go? This is exactly what your middle-lower order is built for. Misbah and Younis need to bat till the last 15-10 in any game and then anything is possible.

yeah but we need a solid platform before we "launch" ourselves.......I am waiting for the WC.... we seem to be the only squad where batting is weak and less in number than the bowlers

True......I would say our lower middle order can only last for 7-8 overs. They don't have the ability to stay at the crease. Misbah and Younis should take it to at least 40th over.

7-8 overs is a bit harsh when you consider that one of Misbah or Younis should still be at the other end for the Akmals, Afridis and Razzaqs to bat around.

There's something to be said about having an into the wicket pacey bounce bowler like Bennett, to complement a couple of along-the-deck bowlers like Southee and Mills. He's bowled well tonight, and probably deserved another wicket.
