Surreal. And he has never looked better even during his peak in the late 90s. I think he missed quite a few in 07 trapped in the nineties too.

BCCI also deserves some credit by balancing his workload during this period. They also scheduled I think about 7 tests out of the way and thereby ensuring India cashed in on this genius in the most appropriate format.

Magnificent innings. Still can't say it's that likely for him to get there within the world cup, 3 hundreds in a tournament would be truly epic, even for Sachin.

I wonder if he'll play the next two matches against Irelands and Netherlands. If he does, in this kind of form, it should be a piece of cake.

More than the stat, I am making sure I watch Sachin's last few remaining knocks in ODI games. There is no reason for him to play anymore 50 over cricket after this tournament. We all will miss him big time.

His personal milestone ought to be 50 ODI tons (and of course the WC trophy). If he does not get that in this tournament (3 more to go), that might be one motivation.
