Instead of throwing balls to Dhoni in the nets, Kirsten to toss a coin and have Dhoni practice calling it....Personally I would be happy if India can draw the series 1-1. A series win is now probably out of reach but clawing back a win should be possible if Zaheer comes back and Dhoni can win some fricking tosses.
ErmmmmmHate you both.
And with that, I better get to bed. Got work tomorrow.

I'm going to break something when Harris gets Sachin. And he will.
Gets him a medal after he scores his 50th ton more like.
No.So there was not pressure today?
Damn Dhobi. Before I go to sleep, my prediction for the day is that both these batsman will get to 100, but SA will pick up a bagful of wickets before COP, one of the centurions will remain not out and my guess is Tendulkar.
To be fair, I reckon Vettori is even uglier with the bat than Dhoni, close thing thoughGot to be the ugliest batsmen who's effective.
What if it's a green top?Thinking about the next Test, it simply has to be two spinners and two pace bowlers, one being Zaheer and one being Ishant/Sreesanth (on the basis that it cannot be Yadav/Unadkat).
Will never be close to unanimous to be honest, as we've seen from polls on here before. After Bradman, it purely comes down to personal preference whether one prefers Lara, G Pollock, Tendulkar, Sobers, Ponting, G Chappell, Hobbs, Richards, Headley, Hammond etc etc.If Tendulkar keeps playing at this rate until he retires he would be making a pretty big claim to be the 2nd best batsmen of all time.
Why is that?
Better than I'd thought they'd do to be honest, was expecting an innings & 100+ runs to be the victory margin. At least offer us the light.
I just want to say we got to day 5
With the greatest respect to him, Bhajii did have some ridiculous luck with the bat against NZ in that series & never looked far away from get out, but continued to lob the ball between fielders when he wasn't hitting boundaries. I didn't see his dismissal, but from the way he bats, he strikes a batsman who relies on more luck than others, so not sure what you expected of him, he ain't no Dravid.Dhoni got a pretty good rising delivery.
But Bhajji just gave it away.Expected better from him.
In 18 months the guy has gotten worse at playing the short ball or a ball aimed at his body. Kind of sad.Yeah, Raina should always get some credit for his crucial knocks in SL, but my God, the guy is way way out of his depth over here.
Lol, so true. Bhajji having to bat out time was always a lost cause. If we needed 70 to win, he'd be a decent chance to get them there since he can swing the bat. But batting out time is not his thing. With the greatest respect to him, Bhajii did have some ridiculous luck with the bat against NZ in that series & never looked far away from get out, but continued to lob the ball between fielders when he wasn't hitting boundaries. I didn't see his dismissal, but from the way he bats, he strikes a batsman who relies on more luck than others, so not sure what you expected of him, he ain't no Dravid.
Strolling in for your second innings with the team needing 270 runs just to make the opposition bat again is pretty much the dictionary definition of a "no-pressure" situation. What difference would it have made if Tendulkar had got out first ball? None whatsoever. Why is that?
If he got out India would have lost the match in any case.
Any chance of survival was dependant on him particularly.
You have to give the team a chance .For all we know it can rain tomorrow.
Or if Dhoni would have not gotten out then they would have probably saved the match tomorrow if it does not rain.
