Why is there no English team in the Champions League T20? Surely considering they are the T20 World champions they deserve a team?

Not as much money flowing around domestic t20 in England compared to India. The clt20 was shifted to accommodate the Australia tour in India after the itinerary change, and this was after the English domestic season had already been shifted to accommodate everyone else.

On another note, SAR have the chance to potentially beat all three IPL teams if everything goes that way.

If the ECB really wanted Somerset and Hampshire to participate, they could easily have postponed the last two games involving those two counties to start on Tuesday Sept 28....

But, instead, they wanted to make county fixtures 'sacrosanct', and so they made their choice. Of course, they're perfectly within their rights to make that choice, but then by being inflexible, they opted out of the Champions League.

A great match today 3 years ago Team India have won WC 2007 T20....and banglore defeated CSK to enter final's in 2009.....

No, they could not have done, partly because of the weather and partly because it would've lead to other games needing postponing.

You're someone who complained the other week about games going on in mid-September then next you advocate putting games into October. 8-)
