T & T have a far superior batting lineup for T20 cricket though and I'm 100% certain they would at least go down swinging. Guyana just meekly surrendered which was terribly dissapointing. To be fair, which WI side can cope with a bouncy pitch? Trinidad's a good side, but they probably only did well, because they played in the CL when it was on Indian pitches....
Until we in the West Indies go back to preparing bouncy pitches, i.e. at Bridgetown and Kingston, we're forever going to be languishing in the bottom half of the rankings.
I saw Nannes hit 148kph and Botha's quicker ball was marked at 100kph which is accurate. There could be many factors involved regarding why it's lower than normal for some players.Espn speed guns used in champions league are crap, bowlers who bowl at 140+ are been clocked at 130km/h and tait is clocked at 140+km/h
He's very much a fielding specialist only and isn't really good in other areas which is a shame. His contract wasn't renewed with the Cobras.Engelbrecht was 12th man in a Test for SA wasn't he? Did something ridiculous in the field IIRC
OD batting looks ok-ish. Shame. He's very much a fielding specialist only and isn't really good in other areas which is a shame. His contract wasn't renewed with the Cobras.
