Wade might win! 6 pack challenge could be a way for Wade to win the title without beating anybody in a one on one title match. Sheamus retaining would be big for him, as the match is set up for almost any challenger to be able to win.Raw gm can suck it, wade got screwed
That'd be good. The Orton and Sheamus feud is pretty good, tbh.I reckon Sheamus will win then blow off his feud with Orton inside the hell
I think that's the best way to get the WWE Championship on Wade Barrett without the other stars looking weak. Although I'm still hoping Sheamus pulls through and wins. I've been enjoying this title run of his a lot and he deserves a longer run.Wade might win! 6 pack challenge could be a way for Wade to win the title without beating anybody in a one on one title match. Imo, Barrett is not anywhere near ready for the title and him winning it would devalue it greatly. He is the head of Nexus, which is a big angle, but on his own, he has done little other than talk. If you want to talk about the value of the title, and especially people who are ready for the Raw title, then look no further than The Miz who has been a tag champion, has then been paraded as a joke, has retained credibility through some of the best promos of recent years (Barrett is good on the mic but has reached no such heights, ever) and fought his way up through the US title division up to the world title scene.I think that's the best way to get the WWE Championship on Wade Barrett without the other stars looking weak. I guess he is the closest to a London champion that there will ever be, considering he seems to have adopted the accent.I'm rooting for Wade, we've never had a world champ hail from these parts
No no no.As reported on earlier, the fear is that Nexus member Skip Sheffield suffered a broken ankle at a WWE event over the weekend in Hawaii and that he could be missing a lot of time as a result. Last night's RAW was taped in Los Angeles last week following Summerslam so they were safe for that show. It remains to be seen if an angle will be run on next week's 900th episode of RAW in Boston to explain why he won't be used on a regular basis (that is of course assuming the injury is as bad as it is being reported among the wrestling media). Believe it or not, there has already been talk in WWE of killing the Nexus angle by October.
Sheamus didn't get high profile wins before he won the title, but he did wrestle for a while on ECW. Wrestling a few matches on NXT and Sheamus wrestling for several months on ECW against Goldust, Shelton Benjamin, and getting to crush a few jobbers is much more in ring preparation than Barrett has had.Just slightly too early for Wade to get the strap to be honest. Only slightly though, Had he picked up the win at Summerslam it would probably be a different matter. Needs to get maybe one or two high profile wins under his belt before he gets the title imo. Granted Sheamus didn't really get this approach, but, I think two young guys given insane pushes like this in a relatively short space of time probably wouldn't be the best way to go about things. In any case, imagine Wade vs Cena/HHH/Undertaker for a world title at WM is an absolute lock.
