You know for a minute when I saw the Melbourne teams run out I thought you were there leading the chorus of boos against the Storm players. Too bad no **** bothered to turn up.
TBF is **** down for two days before the game. Otherwise I may have gone, not to bag Melbourne, just because I thought it would be a good game.

Obviously sorry I didn't go now, though the comfort of the loungeroom appeals when it's cold.

They're the only players worth taking.
Nah would love them to take Myles, Thaiday, Hodges, Lockyear, McCullough, Harrison, Shillington, Sandow, Tim Smith, Friend, Payne, Luck, Lillyman, Tonga, Tuquiri, Tate, Bowen, Teo, Zillman, Gordon, Mead, Tomane, Parker, Wesser, Taylor, Scott, Kaufusi, Hannant, Stagg and Burns. You know any Queenslanders that is better then the current NSW SOO standard, but those guys would be a good start.

Jeez Cronulla fair dinkum belting the Chooks here. They're a shed load better the past month.

As for my mob, fmd they're red hot when they have a go. What a game last night. Fui was amazing but Tim Mannah finally getting some deserved raps. Can play.

I meant QLD players are the only players worth taking.

Essendon are apparently interested in Greg Inglis, and not as a PR stunt, should he ever become available. Piss off AFL and it's clubs, go develop your own players.

Mmm I'm not sure how genuine Inglis' interest is. I somehow doubt he'll be paid the amount of money Folau is, and there's the element of "I don't want to leave Melbourne" which sort of suggests he's hoping the NRL allow him to stay with the Storm.

Nah, Rugby not exactly swimming with coin at the moment, **** knows where the coin in that offer to Folau by the Rebels was coming from

Canberra tearing the Gold Coast a new one at half time. The Titans started poorly giving away a try after 65 seconds, and the dominated until about the 20th minute mark, where they had a lot of the ball, but they failed to take their chances, and now Canberra lead by 16 points.

It's turning into a circus. The whole expansion thing has been a nightmare.

The decision by QRL to bar Folau from playing the final two Origin games is causing some division between the QRL boss Ross Livermore and his selectors, with Gene Miles stating that if he had his way, he would have no problem picking Folau. Same goes with Steve Price and Choppy Close saying he should be picked (or rather should be able to be picked), saying there is nothing wrong with taking the big dollars on offer, and he is still an NRL player until the end of the season, so therefore Folau shouldn't be blacklisted. Close went into use the term "un-Australian". Mal Meninga has said that Folau is not at fault for taking the dollars, rather the system in place by the NRL doesn't stop players from leaving. Wendell Sailor has also supported Folau, but then he would be quite the hypocrite to not do it.

What do others think? It's a pretty consistent policy used by both the QRL and NSWRL (and the ARL), so I don't know why Folau didn't wait until the Origin series before making his announcement. Unless it was the tactic by the AFL to get as much media coverage as possible.

No way he should be picked. It needs to be made clear that leaving the code means leaving things like SOO and whatnot irrespective of how good the money is.

Nah BS. He's still contracted as an NRL player for this season therefore he is eligible. Once his contract runs out, which I think is the 31 of October, he should then be ineligible for representative football.
