Be too late mate - you only get a run like that once a decade in the sport, let alone for the same club two years running.Nah, you guys will turn up when it is Round 14 or something like that.
This and this. Amazing that some clubs still underestimate the importance of a good hooker. But the bloke they're missing massively from last year is Kevin Kingston. His work out of dummy half from the bench was fantastic last year. He had a lot to do with the way we swamped teams in the back half of 09.
In other news - Josh Dugan. Someone give the kid a Kangaros jumper FFS. Star.
Didn't actually tip seriously in this tipping comp, in my normal one I got 6 (all but Dogs and Broncos).I find it interesting that you picked Panthers -1.5 when in the tipping comp you went for the Roosters. Not sure what you should do in the Raiders game.
On Dugan, he is ridiculous. I've never seen a 19 year old beat the first tackle with such consistency that he does. His development is amazing and hopefully he stays with the Raiders long term and isn't poached by those evil Roosters.Be too late mate - you only get a run like that once a decade in the sport, let alone for the same club two years running.
Sad thing is, after not really busting their arses at all in the first four rounds, tonight they really seemed to, but now their confidence is shot, pushing passes etc.
On a positive note, Justin Poore made his three good runs for the season tonight. Sad to say it, but I think Caylo has to retire mid-season. Been a great and loyal servant, and a former Wenty Waratahs CC boy, but time's up - little to nothing when starting, and not a player to impact from the bench. Prefer others.
Also need to look at Ben Smith. I hardly watched the second half - was on here instead - but dunno if either his work rate or his explosiveness is enough for the back row - solid, but not enough of one or the other. Mateo sums up the team - all flashy piss and wind, no mongel.

Reminds me of a young Jonathon Docking tbh. Similar build, and I suppose last year's head gear made the resemblance more striking to me.On Dugan, he is ridiculous. Yeh fair call, he actually reminds me a bit of Schifcofske but maybe a bit quicker and not as light on his feet. But his ability to break a tackle and then get the quick play the ball is pretty outstanding.Reminds me of a young Jonathon Docking tbh. Naa definitely a Blue, I'd be surprised if he could even identify Queensland on a map, although that didn't stop Matty Bowen from playing for them.Yeah, kid is good. He a NSW-man, or did he fly over Qld once as a kid and therefore only eligible for them?
