Decent lead for the Afghans. Have 77 runs to play with against a batting side which is heavily dependent on one player.

Surprised to see Ireland collapsing so badly.
We only picked three specialist batsmen, and they scored about 150 of our 200 runs. Alex Cusack batting four, Kyle McCallan batting 10. Not much else you can do when your middle order is decimated by England and Northants.

All the extra bowling comes to nothing anyway, because the one specialist bowler in the team- Regan West- is taking all the wickets. Great show, he's been awesome for us for quite a while now.

Scotland take a first-innings lead, but nine wickets down. You'd think Ireland are favourites batting third with spin doing all the damage, but there's six bonus points for the first-innings lead.

Lead by 44 but five wickets already down. Taibu, unsurprisingly is still there fighting.

What a turn up this will be if Afghanistan can win their first ever first class game and a real shock to the system for Zimbabwe. Not going to get back into the test fold playing second string A sides.

Second hundred in the match for Taibu, the second instance in this competition in the space of 48 hours. 190 ahead with four wickets left, this could go either way, as could the other two games.

William Porterfield's playing an epic knock here. 118* off 304 deliveries.

Ireland 263/7, 257 ahead.

Great resistance from the Zimbabwean lower order. Just declared and now lead by the small matter of 369 runs. Career best and maiden hundred for bowler Trevor Garwe (117).

Looks like the Afghans have a problem with no-balls, bowled 30 in the game.

Afghans - Zims drew, Scotland in big trouble, even against a depleted Ireland. Shows how poor they are these days.

And the wicket for that Bermuda - Uganda match seems substandard to put it kindly.

Back-to-back centuries for Noor Ali on first class debut. How many players have achieved that before?

Arthur Morris and Nari Contractor, IIRC. Not sure if there have been any others, without looking it up.

Not an IC match, but Canada just beat Kenya with 34 overs to spare. Cheema hit 76 off 38 balls, just to confirm what I said earlier. :)

Exciting stuff here.

Netherlands 181 & 132
Afghanistan 107 & 183-7

Afghanistan need another 24 runs to win.

197-8. 10 to get.

This would be a pretty significant win for Afghanistan.

Good win. Thought they were dead and buried at six down.

When are the winter fixtures of the Intercontinental Cup announced?

Bukhari, RTD and Van Bunge rescuing them from the ignominy of 52 for 4 - not out of the woods yet though.
