A better side certainly, but I'd have expected Scotland to perform better than that at home.

I presume Afghanistan play their 'home' ties at Sharjah or somewhere similar?

Early wicket for Ireland today - the Dutch are heading for an innings defeat with five wickets left and another 140 to make the home side bat again. Wickets for Allan Eastwood, born in 1979 in Dublin and making his debut in this game - and classified as 'fast' - not fast-medium, unusual in Associates circles. Where's he been, I wonder, terrorising batsmen in club cricket, presumably.
