Typical Guptill innings so far. Loves playing his shots especially on the legside and mostly scores in boundaries - unfortunately frequently seems to get a quick 20-40 and then gets over-ambitious.

I guess we'll see.

He played excellent cricket shots, every ball was there to hit bar the last one. Cramped for room but lets hope he learns from it.

He's the right guy to open for us, just needs to work on his approach to batting in Test Cricket. Needs to have a better mentality IMO.
