Found this on another forum: A rivalry between The Miz and Jericho, on twitter

Jericho: @mikethemiz you're gay
Miz: @IAmJericho u flat iron ur hair n im the gay one?
Jericho: hmmmm good call. Then again u use mounds of sculpting paste to assemble your purple fauxhawk as u admire yourself in the mirror
Miz: if u looked this good u would do the same. i guess its a rockstar thing.
Jericho: if I looked that good I would put a bag on my head
Miz: i cant do this back n forth my dad always taught my to respect the elderly.
Jericho: Did he teach u to say "do u want fries with that?"...might come in handy someday.
Miz: it did come in handy back in 1996 remember those days when u actually had hair. its cool though bald is the new black.
Jericho: And the fauxhawk is the new fanny pack.
Miz: listen clay jericho i mean chris aiken i mean y2gay ryan seacrest called n he wants his highlights back.
Jericho: Adam lambert called and he wants you back...
Miz: i ate some bad food i have to go take a chris jericho... as i sit here in the stalls of jericho i cant get this parasite out does anyone have a code breaker?
Hopefully the E has seen this and is attempting to do something here as there both great on the mic and i reckon they could deliver a pretty good match together and I for one would love to see these two going at it

Won't happen for a while, both are too hot as heels to cross paths at the moment.

Triple H was a heel, but basically turned tweener because he was feuding with Angle and was so hilarious through it, then became pretty much a face as he fought Benoit at No Mercy before his best ever heel turn with the awesome 'you never saw it coming Austin' storyline.

Heel V Heel feuds aren't done for a very good reason

Hmmm yeah, I suppose that is true, but I still can't think of an occasion where there has been a feud between two genuine heels. Closest think I remember to this was a time around 2004 when HHH did a promo shooting on JBL, but no more came of it. But yeah, heel v heel feuds are generally dire when your promotion is sports entertainment like the WWE, as in order for feuds to be built in the style of the promotion there needs to be a strong face/heel divide. I remember when Bobby Lashley got injured and couldn't compete at a PPV, meaning that instead of a triple threat for the US title it ended up a singles match between Regal and Finlay (both heels at the time) and the crowd were having none of it, this is evidence alone for why a heel v heel feud would be a car crash.

Yeah, Face V Face is fine, but Heel V Heel rarely works.

I suppose the Corporation V Ministry of Darkness feud was heel v heel in 99, but that was intertwined with all sorts of other stuff, and they wound up being on the same side IIRC

Face v Face will only work if one of the faces later turns heel imo, either that or they have to be two super faces for it to work, as usually it's not so much the feud, but the spectacle that everyone tunes into see in these situations, or thats how I see it anyway, HBK/Undertaker for example, and certainly Batista v Cena, or even Austin v Rock for that matter.

Face V Face is great if you've got the crowd divided completely, builds it up well. If you've got a superface and someone who is just a regular face, then the less popular face will normally have to turn hell, yeah. Like Jericho in 01, and he was way way over at the time. But there have been plenty of legendary face v face encounters, Hogan-Warrior, Hart-Bulldog, the ones you mention as well of course

Just watched some WWE Vintage collection downstairs, just seen some really awesome matches that I had never seen before, despite most of them not being that old. Just watched Rey Mysterio's debut in WCW against Dean Malenko, awesome stuff. They also showed Brian Christopher vs Tajiri from an episode of RAW in 1997 which was great, and Psicosis vs Ultimo Dragon at some WCW event, really really good stuff, makes me bemoan the fact that the cruiserweight division has now been buried to the point of no return.

Another thing that I noted, was that at the time when Vince was doing commentary, the whole thing just seemed so much more real and credible, all the commentators commentated as if they were watching a real sport, calling all the holds and actually talking about the action in the ring rather than just continually talking about storylines etc... I wish it was more like it these days, as it really helps make it seem like its a real sport, which infinitely improves its credibility, and just makes it more fun to watch. WWE being stuck in the family friendly mode at the moment really kind of sucks, I just hope it goes full circle back to the good old days.

Just watched another old classic, Bret Hart v Sean Waltman, such a good match. Sean Waltman is such a great performer, it's such a shame his career with the E just crashed, was so very over at one point. Remains one of my favourite workers of all time.

True, in real life he was a bit of a dick (no pun intended ), but I thought in ring he was actually very good. His stroyline where he ended up as tag team champions with Kane is one of the most enjoyable angles I can remember, even though it never really had a proper blow off finish (again...not a pun).

I thought the X-Factor was ok, just needed someone good to sell it, much like the GTS.

Hogan's leg drop

I think Waltman was a pretty good performer in his early days. Later on just went the way of 'karate' kicks way too much though.

Yeah there is certainly some truth in that, however, the kicks were pretty awesome imo, didn't see many people do that sort of thing better. Remember at one point when Vince McMahon was really hot on him, gave him several matches for the world title, if the rumours about him making a comeback are true then it woudln't be the worst thing in the world if you ask me, could really help to put over some of the younger guys.

My thoughts on X-Pac are well-documented so I won't comment, but I watched the same episode of Vintage Collection, some good stuff. The Rey-Malenko match was from the 96 bash yeah? Rey's debut I believe. Malenko was boring as a personality, but the guy knew how to wrestle.

Just watched Raw. Passable. Decent main event, predictable ending. Enjoyed the Million Dollar Man, though him getting cheered just doesn't seem right at all! The Dibiase-Orton split and feud is coming along nicely, I'm guessing that'll all kick off good style after Triple H and Orton have their Summerslam blow-off.
