Cricketer Of The Year
Really? I think there are heaps of cool players left:

Fed - Obvious reasons, surely this year is his destiny. Will be ridiculous if he doesn't win.
Monfils and Tsonga - so ridiculously extravagant and temperamental that they play entertaining tennis
Gonzalez and Murray - high quality tennis, lots of winners, both made grand slam finals in the past.
Roddick - Genuine hilarious guy
Kohlschreiber - Promising talent
Haas - Won't win, but is so ***y
Absolutely. Don't want Federer to win, but would be ecstatic with a Gonzo or Monfils victory. Used to hate Roddick and Davydenko, but since my interest in tennis has lasted more than two weeks in the summer this year I've warmed to them.

Anyone else think the crowd rattled Nadal a bit? I mean obviously Soderling just outplayed him, but he's probably not used to having stadiums chant against him the whole match.

Sure when he's up a set the crowd may get behind his opponent to have a contest/longer match, but the crowd were firmly in Soderling's corner throughout the whole match.

I am actually a Davydenko fan (though I like a lot of the top 10 tennis players atm, one of my favourite times watching tennis) but I understand why people don't like him, so fair enough. Still the funniest moment ever was watching Davydenko vs. Nadal at the Rome Masters in 07, with the crowd chanting "DAVYDENKO". The most boring man in tennis had a stadium cheering him
Actually had forgotten about A-Rod (:( - the shame), but 'sif he's going to beat Fed when they inevitably meet next round :p

Tsonga - has beaten Novak more than once so can go jump
Monfils - Meh, don't mind, probably 3rd favourite of those remaining after Fed and A-Rod, problem is he's also in the same quarter of the draw.
Davydenko - Defeated Verdasco (the ****) and never liked him beforehand
Gonzalez - Don't care for
Murray - He's Brittish, **** (and was seeded ahead of Novak, how dare they)
Kolschomethingorother - Knocked out Novak, hope he gets bageled
Haas - Retire already
Del Potro - Don't care for
Soderling - knocked out Nadal, and actually imitated him during a match  - don't really like him otherwise
Robredo - Spanish = Gun

Federer is my first choice to win - Love the guy, particularly now that Rafa is no. 1. If he doesn't win it, I'd love to see Monflis get up.

Robredo has hit 1 winner, yet is 3-1 up and has a break point to go up a double break. Kohlschreiber giving an error fest atm.
