Hmm could see that passback happening, someone should have been communicating with the guilty defender though.

Two absolutely first rate goals in the Villareal/Arse game. Lovely strike from Senna to give them the lead, but Adebayor's equaliser is top banana.

Would def have taken 1-1 before KO & certainly at HT.

Comedy marking for Porto's late leveller tho. Acres of space. :happy:

Insane goal from Ade. Not a great performance overall but we got the result we needed.

Villarreal are terrible travelers so we're in a strong position now. I'd have a laugh at United but it's only half time there however Porto hammered us at home and are going to be really tough to beat there.

Bruno Alves (the bloke who made the pass that Wayne Rooney scored) wasn't even looking at his goal keeper or to see if anybody was around. Rooney would be pretty hard to miss, so if Alves was actually looking he wouldn't of made that pass.

Anyway I hope Ji-Sung Park sells a lot of shirts for MU in South Koera, because he really was rubbish out there.

Ji-Sung Park was terrible, as was Scholes and others, but if you've not seen him play and are going to judge him solely on that game then you're being very mislead. Park should never be labelled as "just a shirt-seller", he's proved himself better than that many times. Won United's player of the season for March, I believe.

Why wouldn't I? He obviously didn't progress and was let go. Same as any other young player. If he wasn't Chinese it wouldn't even come up.8-)

Another one.8-) Was a shock when he missed the CL Final last season.

Park's an okay squad player if you're playing in a more defensive situation. But he's just so incredibly dire when he's in the attacking third.

Barca 4-0 up at half time and the tie is over. Got to be favourites for the competition at the moment, just hope they can maintain this sort of performance againt the Premiership teams.
