Am I the only one who thought Craig Cumming was a decent makeshift stonewaller until someone decent comes along?

Though if he'd played this series would no doubt have been lbw Khan a few times.

McIntosh will be there for the Sri Lanka tour. They won't drop him after 3 poor test matches (though, they should).

Reckon Ingram might not be too far away, though he is getting on a bit. Screw it, lets open with Vettori.

You're probably right that they won't drop McIntosh yet. He has a 100, which is more than most can say.

Ingram is the only remaining NZ domestic opener who's had a decent record for a couple of seasons but hasn't played for NZ yet. On that basis they'll probably 'give him a go' and he'll fail just like Papps, Bell, Redmond and McIntosh.

(notice absence of Craig Cumming's name :p)

Would be nice if these two could rotate the strike a little. Giving either of these bowlers over after over to work on the same batsman is a bad idea.
