Well that is true. I guess Patel will come in for either O'Brien or Martin. What is the bet Fulton will get the call in the place of Redmond? It is something that I can see happening.

I don't think Patel could make a mark in Adelaide with his fingerspinners. He will be mauled imho. I'd say retain the current XI and keep fingers crossed. (Except Redmond be replaced)

I know that, but it is a Bracewell thing you can see happening though. In saying that, if Redmond gets dropped, who replaces him? Cumming or Bell? Or somebody else who is the second coming of Glenn Turner (batting wise).

If it's the Adelaide which India played on, then forget it. A draw is the best NZ can salvage there. Last time even a Sehwag made a 2nd innings 100 there and you can be sure that it's flat.

Going on current form any one of Bell, McIntosh or Cumming could be selected.
