Hmm, really?Drogba getting done for throwing a coin back into the crowd.. Can't say he's any more in the wrong than the loon who threw it at him though
Agreed. Would have eccentricity as a 20 though in FM.He's pretty dodgy imo, do not rate, and would not have any confidence in him were I a spurs fan.
My thoughts exactly, the actions of Drogba himself in this situation are totally reckless and negligent, this obviously does not excuse the stupid actions of the fan who threw the coin in the first place, but to suggest that the way Drogba has acted is along the principle of "an eye for an eye" isn't at all accurate.Hmm, really?
If he was perhaps Phil Taylor and he could throw it with unerring accuracy at the moron who threw it at him, I'd agree. Yet throwing it into a crowd of people that contain children, old people and many more, who are totally innocent, and the coin is almost certain to make contact with someone in a condensed area, is much worse.
Mind you, if the supporter gets named and shamed he will (rightly) get banned for life from the ground, and all football grounds, Drogba will just get fined a pittance (for him), and be banned for a couple of months, so I guess the authorities in this egalitarian state will be punishing the supporter more.
Hope none of you ***** took me up on this, we were awful in spite of our win.You ***** better tune in and watch the whites tonight tbh
I sit front row so if we score in the second half I will try and televise myself
It's always hard to say who'll make the grade from an early age, but Wilshere is the best of the current crop for mine. Hard to believe the boy's only 16, both in terms of physical development and maturity as a player. The writer of that article bravely resists comparing him to Chippy Brady, who all left-footed Arsenal midfielders will inevitably be sized-up against, but our Jack doesn't seem embarrassed by the comparison at this early stage. Has great vision, doesn't over complicate things, has a low centre of gravity which means he's hard to knock off the ball despite being relatively diminuative & the sort of left foot one usually calls "educated".For Arsenal fans:
A fair summary?
Vela certainly has the makings of a star from what I've seen (which is admittedly very little), but I haven't seen anything of the rest on the list, so what I know about them extends only as far as what I've read in opinion pieces like this one.
Are Wilshere & Ramsey as good as they make them out to be?
Didn't he play in an age when an Arsenal player could pass the ball within twenty yards of a team-mate and get applause? The writer of that article bravely resists comparing him to Chippy Brady, who all left-footed Arsenal midfielders will inevitably be sized-up against
O'Neill's Arsenal didn't quite have the panache of Wenger's, no (although did have a similar lack of Englishmen) but weren't quite as workmanlike as we became under the late Mr Graham.Didn't he play in an age when an Arsenal player could pass the ball within twenty yards of a team-mate and get applause?
Surprised me how good he's been considering just how **** he was for us.Kuyt! Awesome cross, and then header. Was probably unlucky to be denied by the post earlier as well. Riera is easily Liverpools best buy this season imo, has added so much more width to their attack, and can actually cross the ball.
