Cook's T20 record is 50 runs @ 10 @ SR 89.28 - but his International record is marginally better with 24 @ 12.00 @ SR 96...

Well Malan is clearly a vastly superior 20-20 (and perhaps ODI?) batsman to Cook, I don't think anyone could deny that having seen the two play.

This whole episode is truly bizarre. All I can say is episodes like that are one of the rare occasions I think "I'm glad I'm not an England cricketer". Can't imagine what my reaction would be if my fiancee was involved in something like the above.
