Was class, but still it's not working with him and Lampard. Recurring nightmare, tbh.

Waddle want's Theo off, but the only few times the lumpen midfield has giving it to him, he's looked dangerous. Take one of the other three mid-fielders off. Don't mind which, Barrys not been great all year, IMHO, his work-rate seems down on what it has been.

Sounds like good build up play from Email for Rooney's goal.

Seems weird a striker who hasn't scored an international goal for 5 years has become a definite first-choice, but there it is.

The one good thing McLaren did was recalling Heskey last autumn, from memory he had two good games then got injured for the Croatia game.

Yep, was a strong run, showing power (unsurprisingly) and directness (less expected) he's really helping Rooney, working well together.

Edit: Oh and Bridge played an important part in the build-up, looking better then Cashley has done for years in an England shirt.

Well partly, but I'm on Virgin-media, so upgrading doesn't cost that much, and you get lots of extras. Tv Choice ON Demand means I've watched many programmes I didn't catch first time around.
