Imo Murray's first serve is rubbish, but for hard courts there is little else wrong with his game. Few errors, decent second serve, varies his game.

Edit: 5-3. Abysmal placement of a smash by Đoković gifts Murray a return chance.

Edit 2: 7-6 7-6. Murray gifted a double fault in the second tie-break. Starting to believe in chokes after seeing that.

From the four or five games I saw before work this morning Djokovic looked fairly off his game, scheduling has been a major problem this year with so many big tournaments in such a short space of time.

Reckon Djokovic will take the US Open personally. Disappointed to see Rafa couldn't become #1 through winning another title.

Reckon Novak is too short at $3.75 (same as Federer) to win the US Open, don't think he has shown enough form over the past two-three months to suggest that.

Nadal has played a lot of matches in big tournaments lately, all the players are complaining about the scheduling of tournaments this American summer and we are seeing their concerns in some of the results.

Hard court has never been Nadal's forte, and more often than not, if Novak isn't being piss weak mentally, he's at least a 50-50 to beat Rafa on that surface.

it's a 50/50 chance. As Nadal will be seeded #1 and Djokovic will be seeded #3 its an equal chance that Novak will be placed at the bottom of Nadals half or at the top of Federer's half.

Its a mix between the bum picking and the ridiculous top spin on his forehand.

Clearly Federer is the better player to watch, but the whole package of Rafa is awesome. Intense, young, ambitious and yet so humble.
