Agreed. That's the halves combination I'd least like to see.Don't know about "frighten" but IMO New South Wales best available halves option for game three would be 6 Anasta 7 Wallace.
Anasta/Gidley, Anasta/Pearce or Anasta/Carney.As Queenslanders, what pair would "frighten" you the most as the NSW halves? Just interested to hear.
If he makes it I will go for QLD. Mullen, Pearce, Wallace, Kimmorley and Gidley are all much better halfbacks. Anasta also is an immensely better 5/8 than he is. If he makes it, it will be because Anasta is injured and they are finally fed up with putting a lock in a vital position.Anyone think Todd Carney a chance, been in pretty good form of late.
Wow, that is a pair with massive kicks.Anasta/Gidley or Anasta/Carney.
Yeah signed Friday night. Wants to play in the 6 and can't blame him. Can see him returning when Lockyer retires though. Looking for the positive in this situation tbh.Read today that Joel Moon signed with the Warriors.
Is Michael Witt going to shift to number 7?Yeah signed Friday night. Wants to play in the 6 and can't blame him. Can see him returning when Lockyer retires though. Looking for the positive in this situation tbh.
Probably on the next flight to England. Is Michael Witt going to shift to number 7?
Have you heard something or just speculation?Probably on the next flight to England.
Was just joking.Have you heard something or just speculation?
I am really getting sick of the player exodus.
Super League now confirmed an extra 2 teams to make it up to 14.
Too many good locals are playing over there now, I worked out that there have already been about 55-60 players who have made their NRL Debut this year.
I'd say at least half shouldn't be near first grade yet. not good..
Just a bit. Pretty much a straight replacement for Ryles. Bennett must know something we don't.Jeremy Smith will join the Dragons (hasn't been announced but it will happen) and Melbourne the other day signed Canberra hooker Ryan Hinchcliff as back-up for Cameron Smith.
As for Jeremy he has signed a three year deal worth $750k, so I assume that it is $250k a season, but is it me or is it a tad over-priced?
