Don't know about "frighten" but IMO New South Wales best available halves option for game three would be 6 Anasta 7 Wallace.

Agreed. That's the halves combination I'd least like to see.

Also, don't want to see them pick Bailey. He is in frightening form atm.

Anyone think Todd Carney a chance, been in pretty good form of late.
If he makes it I will go for QLD. Mullen, Pearce, Wallace, Kimmorley and Gidley are all much better halfbacks. Anasta also is an immensely better 5/8 than he is. If he makes it, it will be because Anasta is injured and they are finally fed up with putting a lock in a vital position.

Can't believe the Sharks are on top of the table. Can't score points. Were in another league to Parramatta in the second half but would have lost if Parra didn't hand them the last eight points.

End of the day it doesn't really matter who we pick in halves. If the forwards don't man up, then we have no chance anyway.

On that note how did O'Meley go?

Yeah signed Friday night. Wants to play in the 6 and can't blame him. Can see him returning when Lockyer retires though. Looking for the positive in this situation tbh.
Is Michael Witt going to shift to number 7?

I still rate Grant Rovelli, like he's not amazing or anything, but he's a decent first grader, think he's slightly underrated really.

Probably on the next flight to England.
Have you heard something or just speculation?

I am really getting sick of the player exodus.

Super League now confirmed an extra 2 teams to make it up to 14.

Too many good locals are playing over there now, I worked out that there have already been about 55-60 players who have made their NRL Debut this year.

I'd say at least half shouldn't be near first grade yet. not good..

Was just joking.

Reckon Qantas or British Airways could offer cheap tickets for a special flight for NRL players at the end of the season.

Jeremy Smith will join the Dragons (hasn't been announced but it will happen) and Melbourne the other day signed Canberra hooker Ryan Hinchcliff as back-up for Cameron Smith.

As for Jeremy he has signed a three year deal worth $750k, so I assume that it is $250k a season, but is it me or is it a tad over-priced?

Just a bit. Pretty much a straight replacement for Ryles. Bennett must know something we don't.

It has been announced on Fox mate.

Decent signing I guess.

How long will it take before the Warriors are renamed Queensland Maroons? Started with Fien and at this rate will end with Lockyer.
