It happened when New Zealand were in a perilous position i.e four down for not many, so I’m not sure the loss of Flynn who lets be honest is in the side for one eye on the future would have made a great difference. If anything Flynn’s blow was the catalyst for a great New Zealand counter-attack and for the England bowlers to lose the plot and overuse the short pitched delivery.Wonder what would have happened had Flynn managed to evade that ball.
I would give us a chance if England are 4 down.I'll give England a chance if they get to lunch one down.
The odds on England have shortend even further.Oram looking well down on pace here, but with his accuracy & bounce no-one's going to be able to take liberties with him.
Those odds are insane, by the way, a wicket goes down & we're still in the mire. Vettori has been all over our middle order so far. Few nicker on NZ might be a wise investment.
One wicket would change that; two would completely and totally transform it.The odds on England have shortend even further.
England 1.14
New Zealand 5.5
As has been said look incredibly tight on England & generous on New Zealand.
TBF New Zealand are looking very deflated.
Very much so.TBF New Zealand are looking very deflated.
They do, yeah. But as Smith just said on the comm the game's turned around more than once already in the game. The odds on England have shortend even further.
