Titans are set to announce the signing of William Zillman today, very bad loss for the Raiders, gotta wonder how a club like the Raiders can't keep their young up and coming stars, Todd Carney must be on $2m a year if the club really doesn't have the money to keep guys like Zillman and Costigan.

Good get for the Titans. They'd probably be getting him at unders too, given that he's done his ACL twice in less than a year.

I think you'll find they are paying him overs, plus they have given him a four year contract which is extremely risky when you look at the fact he's done his ACL in two of his past three games. Raiders I actually believe could have matched the $$$ and length but choose not to.
Bronx Goodwin was going to start as the first choice fullback last year but broke his arm in the pre season so I guess Canberra are more than happy to have him at the back there.

I can't believe the beat up in the media over here from Weyman punch. I wish that Conn guy grew some balls and just admitt he hit Weyman in the head in the tackle. Hope some guy knocks the crap out of him in the Titans next match. Soft ****.

Michael Weyman faces up to 8 weeks suspension. He has been cited for elbowing Luke O'Dwyer in the head and that is two weeks and 6 weeks for smashing Daniel Conn in the face.

The Bulldogs will need a new coach as Steve Folkes has resigned and will leave at the end of the season. IMO it will be Graham Murray will be the new coach (look where he got the Cowboys to where they are now). As for Folkes, he has been quoted as an outsider for the Brisbane job, but I think he will look for an English coaching job instead.

Shocking week for Mitchell, who only tipped 1 game correctly. Simon came back to the pack a bit as well, with only 3 correct. Amazingly enough, noone tipped the Panthers. I was tempted to when I heard that Farah was out, but decided against it, doh.
