Willie Tonga didn't come cheap either. His 4 year deal is worth about $1.4-1.6m and Neville Costigan is a chance of leaving Canberra and joining the Titans. This is the one club where you can't **** up at since they are paranoid about their image.

International Coach
Bennett and the Dragons are a good fit. Bennett's strengths are instilling discipline and especially getting his teams to show up and never give up. This dovetails nicely with St George's weaknesses.

Round 4:

Storm - edit - changed coz PJ's out, and Hodges looks like he'll miss too.
Roosters
Dragons
Titans
Eels
Warriors - edit.
Sea Eagles
Tigers

I hope Easts belt Canterbury. Not coz I like Easts, but seriously, what's this "Bred, not Bought" **** from the Dogs supporters?

Tonga - bought, Ryan - bought, Cleal - bought, Holdsworth - bought, Armit - bought, Sullivan - bought. And of course, Anasta was hardly a junior either, nor O'Meley when they got him as an established player from the (then) Northern Eagles. I'll excuse them blokes like Mason who they picked up young and turned 'em into first graders.

No surprise to see the Dogs whinging though, is it? Every time there's a drama, it's never their fault, the world's always against them, it's a media beat up, etc. etc.

It's a commercial world ffs. Get over it. They didn't have a drama when they put a squad together by buying players and systematically cheating the cap, did they? The same squad that they kept together and eventually won a comp with in 2004. **** 'em I say.

Rant over.

Had this feeling all day that Bulldogs might win tonight, it just seems like this game means a lot more to them than it does the Roosters, if SBW has a blinder I cant see anyone on the Roosters being able to contain him.
