Hunt is being groomed, pretty sure he's going to be number 6 when Locky goes, Denan Kemp to be fullback, he's also off contract so throw him on the list it will help if Locky went. Oh and Carroll has already announced he's retiring at the end of this season.
Yes and no, that was a shock when Alfie called it quits, it came from nowhere, we know the end is coming for Locky, he's done everything for us and if he goes at the end of this season it will certainly be the end of an era but not the end of the world.

Nah reckon Hunt has it play 5/8 and do pretty well. Also with Ennis and Marsh in squad one could play halfback and Wallace 5/8. Got a few decent options IMO.
Everyone seems to be going for the Storm in this comp, probably rightly so as we are playing average. But I need to gain some points so it could be 2 point win. Unlikely but would be a gun.
Ennis and Marsh are both capable back ups to play half-back, neither is a full season option though. Ben Hunt in the under 20's is a long term option as well.

How highly do you rate Steve Michaels? Me mate reckons he is about as good as Scott Minto was, but then he is more of an AFL fan who has got into league in the last few years. Anyway I think Michaels will probably leave because he wants to play centre which he won't do with Justin Hodges and Israel Folau there next year and not on the wing. Ben Hannant will go to the Titans IMO (he like Shane Webcke doesn't even have an agent) because he lives here (from where he lives it is a 1.5-2hr drive to Brisbane there and back every dayHard to say what his worth, particuarly with his Knee, who knows what sort of contract he'll end up with.
