Why would I need a translation? I was making a humorous (attempted, at least)observation on the uniforms, making light of the fact they were wearing jeans..

But it seems a Woooooooooossssh all round is required.
what if the same thing is mentiond in tamil ..then there is no need for you to say it again :)

Punjab's site is sick too. Very impressed by just about all of the teams and their efforts so far.

Making the ICL look incredibly B-Grade right now.

Bangalore tickets to be priced between 125 and 5000 Rs

Hyderabad tickets to be priced between 200 and 3000Rs
As someone from Australia who will be in Bangalore at the time of the IPL those prices are awesome to see the calibre of cricketer we'll see. But how reasonable are they for the local fans?

Why do I have the feeling Channel 10 are going to screw showing the IPL up royally? They have the rights to every match live but that doesn't mean they'll show every match live. I wish Fox Sports secured the rights, and not some second rate sports broadcaster like Channel bloody 10.

15m is a decent lump to be spending on a product they won't be broadcasting though. If all else fails just watch it online.

Whatever it takes!!!
well... still haven't seen the dresses of Hyderabad, Mohali, Mumbai and Jaipur.....

But among the sites, Mohali and Delhi look the best. Kolkata not far behind. Bangalore looks decent and Jaipur is alright too. Chennai is slightly below average, AFAIC. Hyderabad same as Bangalore and Mumbai is easily the worst.

Hmm it might look flash but the player profiles on that Punjab site look like they've been written by a five-year-old.

Can't see what all the rave with slick graphics and all that is. Not many top level football clubs have anything like that, they concentrate on text and images. Also these sites are taking an eternity to load. If this competition wants the credibility it deserves, it needs professional looking sites, not sites that look like they've been designed by someone with too much time on their hands but no idea what a sports team is all about.

The balance of commerciality with content (in the case of websites) or playing ability (in the case of games) will come with time. Keep in mind that this is one of few competitions to emerge in such a technological age. Personally, I feel that the top team will show itself to be the successful commercially (example being Manchester United in the EPL) and so, effort toward websites, posters and the like at this early stage is superfluous. I am no business expert, but how the hell is a half baked advert on a website going to attract fans?
