Hardly an Idiot for giving them a bowl when they've conceded far less runs than Tait potentially would have. He has made a mistake by bowling them for as long as he has, but giving them a bowl certainly wasn't a bad move afaic.

They're not there because of the over rate, there there because it's too risky to bowl Johnson and Tait at this stage of the match. Both looked more threatening and more economical than Tait and Johnson and it was certainly the right move at the time before coming back to Lee and Clark.

He does have a long-standing tendency to overbowl Symonds though, don't know why.
