Cricket, Lovely Cricket
Watch someone get out just as the partnership reaches 50, just to **** with me.
Given how dismissive you were, serves you right tbh.

First, Dhoni to be out before 20.

Next, criticising Dhoni for playing defensively.

Next, saying the partnership wont last 5 overs more.

Next, saying the partnership wont reach a 50.

You are very harsh on Dhoni.

Australia one run away from victory with one wicket left and Dhoni to drop the catch.

Laxman is a trooper. Not the first time he's getting it done under tough conditions. Hope he goes on.

Lack of preparation, apparently. Hasn't played a FC game in a month and a half.
Yeah well that can't exactly help. I reckon Andy Bichel is in tears for Tait at the moment, knows exactly how he feels.

Gah, get Lee on now!!!

Slow Love™

International Captain
Don't reckon he looked 100% in his last spell either, run up seemed off, niggling injury perhaps?
Could be, but it's just as likely it's a confidence thing, too, after his little explosion last night (which, although I felt sympathy, was hilarious). He'd clearly lost something, he was all over the place and grunting louder than Sharapova.

Don't know for sure but if it's not something physical, a guy having a reaction like that (as he appeared to when players tried to calm him down/console him) can be very frustrating for a captain, and can effect his confidence to bowl him. Got to put those things behind you at this level. Been a bit lacklustre in the field, too, TBH.

You know in all seriousness, this could be one of Laxman's most important knocks ever.

Last incredibly vital one was in Jo'burg when he scored 80-odd or something in the second innings batting with the tail. He ensured India couldn't lose, setting up the win.
