Thongchai Jaidee, made me some money, his record when he plays in places like Malaysia and indonesia is incredible, and the bookies still seem to give decent odds, got 14-1. mind you I also backed Wirachant, who was second, in a double with Woods, so I was kinda hoping he'd lose.

Still, nice way to end the year, and my accounts show I just lost 65 pounds over the year, which considering I put 20 quid a week on, isn't too shabby for the entertainment value I get.

Completely off topic i had a round of 9 holes today my score including my handicap -10 par. Very good for myself.

is that including your whole handicap or half of it. (bearing in mind you only played half the course)

He's going for something like 3 or 4 straight at the Mercedes. Definately be worth thinking about.

I have been playing in a Junior Comp lately and we only play 9 holes so we get a handicap for that.

Anywhoo, I've backed Immelman to win at 14s, and Aaron Baddeley 5 pound each-way at 66s. I'm hoping for a very happy new year

My wierdest round was 5 birdies/6 pars/7bogies. I missed a 3 foot put on the 15th hole to make it 6/6/6 (yes...I missed it again).

I've got an interesting bet on the go, shame I didn't put much money on it. Most of my money was wasted on Charl Scwhartzel.

I've hot a 30p EW patent on Appleby in the Honda, Dougherty in the Estoril, and Paula (i would) Creamer in the LPGA.

Would be okay if they all came in at 20s, 16s and 20s. Won't happen.

baddeley leading by 2 over woods going into sunday....a lot of others still with a fair chance though, this course is a real toughie....

Sounds like an Adam Scott like performance tbh, except Scott does it over an entire tournament after being in gun form in the lead up....
