You watched far more than me, I'll give you that. I'm loving this at the moment, but as an overall game, I daresay the WI vs England game will top this. Unless KP scores a double of course.Meh, I watched nearly every game of the WC and really, it doesn't come close, even though this doesn't look like it'll be much of a contest either.
Would Shah have batted 3 had England been playing Australia in a test match?I'm getting sick of the commentators going on about Bell batting down at #6, he has had success there in the past FFS, he hasn't been "demoted" or whatever. If Shah does score a ton, then I'd drop Collingwood or just leave Vaughan out.
DDJ Bravo - I know he's no longer known as such, though.DDJ?
I certainly hope so. And see no reason to think not, TBH.Would Shah have batted 3 had England been playing Australia in a test match?
No, because Flintoff would definitely be playingWould Shah have batted 3 had England been playing Australia in a test match?
I dunno, I have my doubts.I certainly hope so. And see no reason to think not, TBH.
I doubt he'd even be playing, TBPH.Would Shah have batted 3 had England been playing Australia in a test match?
I think Jono was talking on the presumption that his injury was sufficient to rule him out of anything. No, because Flintoff would definitely be playing
Hmm, doubt that. No, because Flintoff would definitely be playing
TBH, it's something that I do think is important. I'm glad to see Bell at six, and if Vaughan comes back I'd want him to replace Shah.I dunno, I have my doubts.
Anyway I'm not really fussed, more just surprised.
Don't get used to it.Holy ****, Richard is in an official series thread.
Haha yeah, was going to say...Holy ****, Richard is in an official series thread.
I don't, TBH. I honestly think if this game was vs Australia, Flintoff would have been "passed fit" (if only because he'd be more keen to *be* fit himself).Hmm, doubt that.
So are the rest of us. They really should be further up... although I still think it would have dropped short. So very pleased that Pietersen's edge did not carry.
I'll be off for the next 5 minutes, TBH - going to make meself some lunch.Haha yeah, was going to say...
I daresay he would play through the pain barrier if this game was against Australia.I don't, TBH. I honestly think if this game was vs Australia, Flintoff would have been "passed fit" (if only because he'd be more keen to *be* fit himself).
It never really looked like carrying, had too much loop.So are the rest of us. They really should be further up... although I still think it would have dropped short.
I am quite enjoying this hot spot thing. KP's elbow is very hot.
