When does the next OD season start? I have a friendly on Sunday and then I don't know what happens after that? I'm keen to start playing some games!

20th Apr Week 15 : 14th (& final) fixtures in OD league
27th Apr Week 16 : Play-offs for OD league
4th May Week 17 : Twenty20
11th May Week 18 : Twenty20 (also this week's youth pulls are delayed & all players age - allowing week 18 youth pulls to be 'week 0' youth pulls in season 7)
22nd May becomes week 1 of season 7
25th May Week 1 : No OD league games, cup round 1 on Sunday.

Thanks It's probably a good thing that the season doesn't start until after all my assignments are handed in and I only have one exam to revise for!

Looks an easy win coming up in my BT20 as expected, bowled them out for 62 and most of those runs came from Howlett. Dillon took a five-fer.

Full delivery, flicked to deep backward square, deep mid wicket fielding.
2.4 4 Spillane to Obrien
Bang! Cracking cover drive, full ball, just wide outside off. Obrien leans well forward and drives it through extra cover for four.
2.3 1 Spillane to Packer
My that was close! Packer looked to cut a short wide ball towards point but gets a thick inside edge and the ball whistled past leg stump. Mathers has no chance of stopping it and they take a single.
2.2 3 Spillane to Obrien
Crisply driven through the covers by Obrien, to the longest part of the ground where Blizzard hauls it in just before it reaches the rope.
2.1 6 Spillane to Obrien
Wrong length, wrong line, goodbye!


Obrien got the cricket equivalent of a wheel in baseball.

If so, that might make it difficult for sides who get drawn to play there and the short period of time between the draw and the game starting.

Yes, but if you don't have a friendly organised, there's no fixtures on the fixture list, meaning you can't change your default orders.
