lol, agreed. some of the players that you're training are a huge waste of time. i can't emphasise this enough.

look at the transfer market for some 17yo competents, batsmen and bowlers, ones that have at least mediocre stamina, and cons too boot. i don't think that they cost too much. i think perhaps look for 2 batsmen and 2 bowlers and try to distribute the nets between them or something. lose the current training regime asap.
