BARNES OUT
Because Borcich will be active the second his ban is lifted while it could be months before Dauth can make a post. I fail to see how they're similar cases.

Eyes not spreadsheets
So neither are active then in that case.

Thus any return has to come with diminished stats I presume?

Impatience Arises as Forner Demands Contract
Young paceman, Josh Forner has stirred controversy in an interview yet again by claiming his "surprise" at not being offered a contract at a CW domestic club yet.

The youngster turned heads in the USA off-season leagues as he gained a few man of the match performances for California, and took a handy bag of wickets. "I suppose kicking my career off in the USA wasn't the best move..." he contemplated.

Forner's agent, Ben Dover, commented on his client's comments by saying "His comments really did surprise me. I wasn't aware Josh was so concerned about this issue... he's always been impatient, and I suppose he just can't control it."

Dover defended the fact his client had not yet been offered a contract by saying that he "Understands the depth of fast bowling across the CW Land ranks" and that "Such comments really do nothing to speed up the process."

Forner apologised through a press release with his agency, outlining that "I never intended to sound egotistical or talk my self up, but just remind people that I'm still around and ensure that I am not forgotten." He also apologised to his off-season club, California, saying that he "didn't intend to belittle USA, or Californian cricket, in any form."; and claimed that he hopes "the incident doesn't hinder any future dealings I have with California."

He has been unreachable since the recent press release.

Haha, missed the part where you're only allowed to offer contracts to rookies after existing players' contracts have been sorted?

Good article, BTW.

Hmmm, should've read this:

4. Each team needs to sign at least 15 players within the 60-point margin. Once the 15 players have been met, rookies may be signed (more information on the process to sign rookies at a later date).
Taken straight from here.
