Ide say their wicket keeper is test class.bryce said:yeah about the only thing they have that's test class is their spin attack.
yeah i'd have to agree with you, mashud is very tidyPrince EWS said:Ide say their wicket keeper is test class.
In fact he broke it 40 days after Masakadza set it.Prince EWS said:Yes, he broke Masakadza's record though, so Ham did hold it at one stage,
That's an exaggeration at best.Steulen said:Enamul Haque Jr. (sp, wossname), that very young spinner who had England ****ing their pants a year ago.
Bangladesh have nothing remotely close to Test-class (except, that is, their wicketkeeper and there are plenty of people around The World like Mashud - excellent wicketkeepers, nowhere near good enough batsmen to get noticed).bryce said:yeah about the only thing they have that's test class is their spin attack.
In five tests if you average 40 I dont think you hae declined. Any one can have a bad phase and Rafique has been excellent for most of his career..Richard said:Rafique has declined in recent times - up to the end of the England series he was a Test bowler par excellence.
But he didn't even come close to making-up for the woeful inadequecies of his teammates.
I have alway Rafique to be of good class. But it bewilder me why he was dropped and missed so many tests in between.. !?Nnanden said:Rafique is a legend, Rana and Haque look pretty good, and I seriously rate Mortaza. He generates good pace and bounce and occasionally some movement. I hope he stands up (though India are in amazing touch...).
Whether he is out of form or not, I still think hes a test standard bowler. Im sure hw would into the England team, especially if Giles' recent form wasnt so good.Richard said:Well, all right, then - he's been sub-par of late.
Let's wait and see if he can build again on the NZ Tests against India.
Conveniently ignoring the New Zealand series where he was certainly back to something like his very best.Richard said:Oh, yeah, and Mohammad Rafique of late.
IMO there's nothing to seperate them.Prince EWS said:Whether he is out of form or not, I still think hes a test standard bowler. Im sure hw would into the England team, especially if Giles' recent form wasnt so good.
