You wont have finished the first one by 2022....If James Pattinson bats at seven for Australia in a test match I'll eat my other shoe
Berto's only 22 or 23. Bloke is a gun. He's captaining firsts already and this year broke Parramatta run scoring records which have stood for decades. He played a Second XI match and was on 70 odd but pulled a hammy. With Carters retiring he might be an outside shot at a Bl00s call up if Nev got injured. There's obvously plenty of good players around, but he's a proper gun player at first grade level.how old is Burgeinho's coach. could they be a fariytale dual debut
Doubt it will happen but it might. Starc and Cummins are very handy guys with the willow in their hands too.If James Pattinson bats at seven for Australia in a test match I'll eat my other shoe

Smith to have had enough of the captaincy by the end of the 2021/22 Ashes, imo.
Five bowlers would not surprise me and that is what I'm predicting as well; I mean, we don't have anyone yet who is good enough for the batting all-rounder no. 6 role and Pattinson, Starc and Cummins are players I definitely back to make solid contributions and it will increase our chances of taking 20 wickets in a match. You're dead set correct thought that Handscomb won't be the first choice keeper. And Smith will still be the captain I think too.5 bowlers and Handscomb as keeper?
Would be surprised if Smith resigns the captaincy so young. Could happen in another country granted but it's reasonably rare that players play on after they resign the captaincy in Australia.
Think that could be a great team...SOUTH AFRICA

Good side. Not sure about Archer though, last I heard (about 2 weeks ago) he hadn't decided his future yet and it's a really difficult decision. Maybe I'll put him in my West Indies team as well just to be difficult!Cook

Cook will be hanging on trying to beat Tendulkar's run record. Stokes may well be a busted flush by then given how much we play and his injury record. Bowling is a complete guess as I don't see any of the current side still being around in 5 years time. We have lots of good young players just not sure I have picked the right ones in my side.
It's more than what we currently have....Still only the one.Is there enough ex-SA players in that line-up?
Was always a bit optimistic to have all four of the pace quartet playingMatthew Renshaw
