ya it can be as a team will play 30 matches TO finish the winner and the marketing will be huge

IMO there wont be a very big market for it. Having said that, I dont see why there shouldn't be something like that. It will help these teams improve I reckon.

:-O Super Organisation? How much would it cost to fly all the cricketers from Kabul to Kampala?

I would keep up to date with some of the scores, but I doubt many people even on here would follow your planned tournament that much, despite us being cricket fans.

Haha will the ads sponsoring the cricket before the 3 match series starts cover the travel costs?

I'm sorry, I'm just picturing a TV station covering the matches, just showing your marketing ads one after another while the teams are travelling from Holland to China.
