If it was financially and logistically possible, I'd have a dosa/idli/vada in the morning in South India, go over to Gujarat for a thali lunch, then Mumbai for evening chaat, then to North India to have naan/kulcha/paneer/chicken/Lassi dinner and finish off with dessert in Kolkata.

Missing out on all the excellent fish preparations.. Shift the lunch to one of the coastal states that actually values the coast.

**** so much good food to choose from in India.

Did the British learn literally nothing during all the years they were here? They took back gold and precious gem stones and ancient relics, but nobody took back a recipe book?

I'd stick to my boiled potato and not having to be in the same continent/country as one our esteemed peers. For the same of anonymity let's refer to him as H. Bharani. No, wait. Honest, B.

Oh and also a plain old 'Dosai' you find down south is not interesting. 'Kari Dosai' on the other hand, which is found further down south in India is something else. Its chunks of spiced lamb on top of thick dosais that also have eggs in the mix:

The meat can either be lamb, beef, pork or chicken too. I am drooling as I type.

Nah they obviously did. There are loads of restaurants here called "Hong Kong City" and the like.

Sledger is 100% spot on with the Malaysian sweets. Most SEAsians just cannot do dessert.

Indian food is so good that when Indians go overseas the first thing they do is check if there's any Indian restaurants to eat at.
