Honest, B.If it was financially and logistically possible, I'd have a dosa/idli/vada in the morning in South India, go over to Gujarat for a thali lunch, then Mumbai for evening chaat, then to North India to have naan/kulcha/paneer/chicken/Lassi dinner and finish off with dessert in Kolkata.

Why's the bit in the middle rotten?Oh and also a plain old 'Dosai' you find down south is not interesting. 'Kari Dosai' on the other hand, which is found further down south in India is something else. Its chunks of spiced lamb on top of thick dosais that also have eggs in the mix:
