I'm thinking the Czechs are more than a dark horse. They are one of the best teams in the world at least according to FIFA. That ranking didn't come cheaply. Still though I do think Holland and England would be the favourites from Europe.

If man utd played against the likes of the english league 2 and remained unbeaten for the entire season, whereas arsenal lost about 5 games in the premiership how can you possibly justify ranking man utd higher than arsenal.

That's a different situation than the one Mexico are in. They would be in Arsenal's situation not Man Utd there.
