Sachin ~ Goku
Highly talent and more importantly work even harder
Yeah. Sachin and Imran are two SC cricketers who I can say were the hardest working ever and squeezed every inch of talent they had. Sachin more naturally talented though.

He turned Evil!!???
a boy with endless talent, who is as good as most Jedi/county Batsmen at age of 14, taken under the wing of a defensive maestro not born with great potential but who became a great Jedi/Batsmen via sheer force of will (Sutcliffe/Kenobi), and then the boy got on top of the world by 23, then got a war injury and lost a hand (ik, exaggeration), and then struggled until he reworked his technique and ability to be even greater than it was before and went on to achieve many great feats.

it's too perfect

It was said that he’d save test cricket, not destroy it.

It would be more perfect if he killed a bunch of talented children/destroyed their career and created, idk IPL?? Almost completely destroying Test cricket in the process, working under an evil overlord, only for Hutton Jr to come and saving Test cricket with him changing his mind and destroying IPL, sacrificing himself in the process. Don't worry, somehow IPL will return.

Sadly he was never actually in combat so probably not. Miller probably killed England’s answer to Bradman though.

Bradman being Sephiroth makes sense.

literally, built different, I can imagine enemy teams hearing this when Bradman arrived
