I follow most sports aside from League to some degree or another.

Cricket: NSW, Hampshire
AFL: Adelaide Crows
Football: Ipswich Town in England, Newcastle Jets in the A-League
American sports: Detroit or New York teams, usually. No idea why really. Pistons and Yankees mainly.

Aside from those, Australia and/or Australian individuals in international sports. Second to Australia is usually Ireland, if they are involved.
Any particular reason for the Ipswich thing, or just a team you chose at random? Either way, great seeing a a foreigner follow a team otuside the top flight

The main reason is that my grandfather was a passionate Suffolk man, and as they are the only football team of any significance from the region, he was pretty into them. Having heard the "back in X decade, both the strikers in the England national team were from Suffolk!" story a good 500 times, along with various other tales of the glory of Ipswich Town, I naturally keep track of their progress a bit.

Rugby League - Storm, Queensland
Rugby - Not a big follower these days so I don't really support any teams as such, will watch the occassional game though (more prefer the internationals), but I lean towards the All Blacks, but I'm no glory hunter as my passport is the same as Richie McCaw's (same country I mean but not as many stamps)
Cricket - Queensland Bulls
Cycling - Davitimon-Lotto, an interest in Discovery Channel, fav riders are Andres Kloden, Robbie McEwen, Damiano Cunego, and Ivan Basso (drug allegations or no drug allegations). Track - Graeme Obree (one for Steds - he is a Scotsman who set two world hour records on the track, and was World Champion twice, despite being a manic depressent who has tried to take his own life at least 3 or 4 times)
Football - you all know who :p and Queensland Roar, but I have always followed the progress of Italian Serie B team Hellas Verona - had some big names playing for them 5 or os seasons ago - Gilardino, Oddo, Mutu, Laursen (plays/played for Aston Villa but was/is more injury prone then Geoff Allott) etc. Would like for them to go in the next few seasons, if I'm in Verona, I would certainly go along to a few games.

If I really wanted (not that I would) could I ever justify really to support either Arsenal or MU since I have been to games at each of their stadiums?

As I said to Fuller and Bennett on msn the other day, it's like someone has captured and domesticated a bear and then taught him how to play golf.
