I need some advice, i'm really at a bit of a cross road as what to do with my side. Should i persist with my current lot of players, or is time to sell and look for some better players. The three players i'm really not sure about their future is Sishayi, Ellis and Quintin. All three keep putting in some decent performances this season but are really hit and miss. The same can be said about Murali and Clayton, but as my two all rounders they are key to the balance of my side. Jeithoon just can't take a wicket, its so annoying. Sisk on his way out, just leaks too many runs.

Sishayi and Quintin should both pop to quailty in a couple weeks. Those two and Ellis will also have their stamina trained to mediocre before the end of season. However having a look at Clayton performances i'm not sure its going to make much difference. I've already stop training Ellis batting, his only on a stamina net. Quintin will also be stopped for the time being after his get to Quality to give him a stamina net. Sishayi the only one who certain of a long term net.

If i do sell Sisk, Sishayi, Quintin and Ellis i could have 12-14 mil in the bank. I could buy i really gun batsmen, or buy two remarkable type player (one batsmen and a bowler). I don't know what to do really. I got a feeling these players can only get me so far. But i really don't want a side that just relies on a couple players.

You've got some very nice potential there, especially with Whing, Ohalloran and Muirhead and Cullingford.

I'd only be training those four players, the only question is what nets. IMO, it'd probably be best to have all four on two primary nets, with Muirhead on a stamina and maybe Cullingford as well. That's just what I'd do though.

My dilemma is should i sell both Ged Waterworth and Anthony Coe and get myself 1 mil atleast or just find a better player with my existing bank balance of 5.5 mil?

Also currently i have set few dire combinations for training, a word on that would also be appreciated.

You've got a lot of trainable players there. I would sell some and cash in on their trainability, and replace them with older, cheaper players.

I'd be inclined to sell Dangesela who will never be that good, obviously if they're near popping then wait til after that. You should get a better return on training your 17/18yos when you swap the spare net(s) over, who can be good enough to be proper long term players instead of above average fillers. After that it depends on what nets you're using as to whether you sell anyone else, although personally I'd consider selling King when he pops to superb - he's only gonna end up like remarkable or something which is a bit meh really, if you sold him and the other guy then add your 5.5m on top of that you could get a very nice player who doesn't need (much) training.

Hey guys, could anyone give me a little rundown on how to raise your secondary stat things? I heard it was supposed to be done with fielding and wickie training, but I've had my trainee pace bowler working two bowling nets and one fielding net since he was 17, and he's 19 now. He just popped to superb bowling the other day but his consistency is still at mediocre so I'm pretty confused as to what I should be doing with him. I mean his fielding itself has gotten to respectable so yeah, I really don;t know what I should be doing here
