Yeah I've stopped training Verhoeven. If I can get at least 5.5 for him like Smith is with his Remarkable/Quality bowler, and around 2.3-2.5 for Groves I'll have just over 9m. Judging by the Market, that might almost snare me an exceptional, which would be ace.
Exceptional what though, for what it is worth Jeithoon was useless at exceptional/superb. he rarely was knocking over remarkable plus batsmen. It your going to buy in a exceptional player, and he is your best players for a couple seasons. Then they need to be around exceptional/exceptional. Also when your wages increase with those type of players your needs atleast a 1 mil to play wages.

Reckon you might be struggling to get a exceptional bowler and if so you might just be getting an average one. Which might not really help you team against better sides.

But if your not training Verhoeven then I would sell him and Groves. But I would wait till after you have sold all your YPs next season. So you might have a bit more money to spend. Rather then buy someone now.

I really wanted a batting net for Huddlestone, as I think he's pretty close to being 'quality' batting. Hopefully near to 'respectable' concentration.

Am I wasting my time training Stuart Batty??

If he less then six weeks off quality batting and resp con you can always take the stamina net off for a short time.

Would appreciate some input for training on this guy, have had him for about a season now and would like opinions on what sort of nets I should be giving him. I hope he'll become pretty gun for me but I don't know if I should focus on making him awesome and have him lead my bowling attack or sell him.

EARLOBE

State 12th Man
2 bowling for this season, then 1 bowl 1 field until his secondaries catch up and leave him on a bowling net until about 23. I don't think you should sell him, because he's already got the stamina.

What sort of player would he end up as if I trained him that way, do you have any idea? :)
