Writing makes me wince these days. I do like that I inserted the stumps and bat next to the Sandeman silhouette. Not sure who else might make the Portuguese XI but probably now add Kusal Mendis to the team as the wicketkeeper.

His batting has probably reached about the level expected, but his bowling is the massive disappointment really. In his younger days he was deceptively sharp and could get it nipping around, now he bowls floaty meds and even then only occasionally
