Top 10 chess players of all time

Paul Morphy

Alexandar Alekhine
Vishwanath Anand

Morphy’s talent was beyond imagination. Pretty much The W.G Grace of Chess.

His games were played at around 2600 plus ish elo by current standards. Even there he was never tested to his limited, so no one really knows how good he truely was. Regardless, A grand masters level even by today’s standard, that’s literally unbelievable. Fabiano in his podcast mentioned Morphy would have no problem going over 2700 if he was transported from his time to right now in a year. This guy was beyond imagination great. That would put him top 30 in the world. Unbelievable.

I'd go
Djoker
Rafa
Fed

F1:
Senna
Schumi
Hamilton

Prost, Fangio and Max all close
I actually had Fed over Joker for WAYYYYYYY too long than explainable. But yeah, after this Gold Medal match vs Alcaraz, can't anymore in good conscience.

It's the exact same for me with Rafa. Although I still believe at their prime (mid 2000s for Fed and late 2000s for Rafa), they touched higher levels than Djoker in his prime. His consistentcy over his entire career though, is just too good to deny now

Probably not, but definitely has the right to have a top 5 as well, I'll go (for WWE)

1. Bret Hart

2. Steve Austin
3. Shawn Michaels
4. Kurt Angle
5. Dwayne Johnson/The Rock
This is just in ring work or overall? Overall taker must be top 3 min

I actually always hated WWE with an outright passion. Have heard a few names back in the day, but would be hard pressed to name anyone more than Rock, John Cena (for movies), Undertaker and that old dude who was in a rap battle with Kim Jong Un's dad. So 3½. Not much interest in MLB (watched only a few YT clips), but can name a few players as I researched for my Greatest sportsperson list. So, I hate to state it like this, but I can almost spew out a 20 Greatest baseballers or some similar ****. NBA recently gained a mild curiosity in, even played a draft here; but far from knowledgeable. NFL is the sport I know **** about, haven't even seen any clips and really can't be bothered for. Still know the name of that Tom dude.
