So Trent Boult has said this will be his last world cup, which probably also means the last group game will be his final game for NZ.
I know we've had mixed emotions about his wanting his cake and eating it over the past 2 years, but I think we'd all agree it's been a joy watching him play for NZ ever since he debuted at Hobart. His bowling in the 2015 World Cup was probably the highest standard of ODI bowling I've ever seen from somebody not called Shane Bond. And his test career was something else. The guy was an absolute joy to watch when on song. When you combine his test and LO accomplishments, I'm pretty happy to say he's had the 2nd best career of any New Zealand bowler. Thanks for the memories Trenty.
